[mythtv] compiling current [as of 01/31 22.50 UTC] CVS version

I the undefined reference errors too until I deleted everything and
pulled from CVS again...

The "cc1plus: warning: changing search order for system directory
    "/usr/include"
    cc1plus: warning:   as it has already been specified as a non-system
    directory"

never went away for me though, seems harmless.
