[mythtv] [PATCH] WatchingLiveTV -> WatchingRecording -> RecordingOnly

        This is a patch to handle the transition which occurs when
exiting the player while watching a recording that started while
watching live TV:

WatchingLiveTV -> WatchingRecording

After recording ends, the recorder would go back to WatchingLiveTV
even though the player is not running.  "Watch Live TV" would then
fail because the recorder is tied up.  This patch lets the recorder
transition to RecordingOnly when exiting the player.  When recording
ends, it transitions to None.

        Since this is a problem that's known to Isaac, this might not
be the right way to fix it.  :-)
