[mythtv] SB Live! Mixer Settings Problem

I seem to have figured out my problem. There are two mixer settings in
alsamixer call AC97 and AC97 Capture. I think these have to do with the
internal routing of the sound on the card. the AC97 mixer controls the
loopback volue, and the AC97 Capture controls the capture value. I
believe the Line settings and Capture settings may also play a role, but
those were the ones that worked for me.
