[mythtv] getting 2 distinct X displays to run simultaneously

You should be able to use your existing configuration, just disable
xinerama and you will have two distinct screens... :0.0 and :0.1
Thats how X traditionally does mutliple heads.

You'd start mythtv with "-display :0.1" (assuming the second screen is
the TVout)
