[mythtv] tv_grab_de again :-(

i think it's a little more complicated - at first the data delivered by 
tv_grab_de is not useable (to record 2 shows i have to program 6 shows, 
because none of the start/end-times are right...).
also it doesn't include the channel-data into the xml-file, and 
mythfilldatabase seems to need it, and there are spaces in the 
program-channel-names... so i guess tv_grab_de has to be fixed, not 
mythfilldatabase!
