OK, then I propose this as a possible feature. If I watched it the whole
time, then it is all saved in the ringbuffer...I can't imagine it would
be too hard to scrape out just the parts you need and start a new file.

Ah the ironies of someone telling someone else that "it shouldn't be
hard" when they wouldn't even know where to look :)
