One step at a time.  We're still dependant on an external mixer
program setting the capture source.

It's easy enough to add a setup option for mythbackend, asking the
user all sorts of stuff, but I don't want to go changing too much
without knowing that Isaac wants the functionality in the program.

This patch just reports if there's an issue, and leaves it to the
user to decide if it's a problem.  The HOWTO would detail if it's an
issue or not.
