[mythtv] motherboard advice sought

Anyone want to give me a comment on this motherboard
bundle?
I've searched the web but the only real info I found
was some old
posts about cache corruption problems. The reason I am
considering this board is that I have some PC133 RAM
that I would like to use in my Myth box if I can. Any
alternatives would also be welcome.
