[mythtv] Mini Cases with integrated audio/video

Has anyone had luck with the newer small-form-factor cases like this one

I would really like to go this route, but I'm not sure about the 
compatibility with this system.  It does have a few expantion ports for 
a video capture card.  Some of the specs are :
