[mythtv] Question about hardware MJPEG

I don't think so, I'm only getting about 15fps decoding mjpegs at the
moment.  The odd thing is that I was getting 17fps earlier while converting
mjpeg to mpeg4 (with ffmpeg) so I thought I had more headroom.
