[mythtv] VGA to NTSC scan converters

yeah...i tried the whole PCB thing, believe me, it is not worth it...by =
the time you buy all the parts and do the testing and debugging and then =
lament the fact that you have no flicker filter circuit, you could have =
bought the part and been watching TV. And I actually like to build =
parts.
