 If there is move with embedded forced subtitles and external subtitles -
 any appearing of forced subtile causes that further external subtitles are
 stopped to be shown.

 Here is scenario to reproduce:

 Let assume we have movie where audio is english, there are some other
 language (i.e. french) audio parts which are described by forced subtitles
 and movie has also external subtitles with polish language.

 Now - when user starts to play such movie, and myth is configured to
 "alway show subtitles", movie starts correctly  with polish subtitles.
 When there is first french part - forced subtitles are correctly shown.
 But after showing first forced subtitle  - no any further external polish
 subtitles are shown anymore. To bring polish subtitles back - user needs
 to go to OSD, turn-off subtitles and turn-on again. This brings polish
 subtitles again - but again till first forced subtitle.
