 I think that takes care of it.   I just installed anything related to
 Ceton and rebooted.

 I had it installed on a couple of machines though, one Windows VM on my
 desktop (I run Linux) and on my HTPC which runs Windows 8.1.

 The problem SEEMS to have gone a way now, but I will have to wait and see.
 It's too early to confirm yet.

 I'm probably going to have to create a dedicated VM just for Ceton
 configuration that I only run when I absolutely need to.
