 I did have the utility install on 1 windows machine to configure the
 device.  I went into Control Panel -> Program and Features and uninstalled
 the Ceton Software.  It asked to reboot the machine to complete the
 uninstall which I did at that time.  You also said "including drivers" did
 you have to do anything else to remove the drivers?
