 One some channels I get no full lock when switching (e.g. from 'DAS ERSTE'
 to 'DSF'). The status on OSD is LmS instead of LMS.

 This bug can fixed with _pids_audio.clear()
 in function MPEGStreamData::Reset in module
 mythtv/libs/libmythtv/mpeg/mpegstreamdata.cpp.
