 When using the recording conflict resolution menu (on the Upcoming
 Recordings listings for example) the option to 'Never Record' a programme
 is seemingly not made available (on r14770).

 This means that it is not possible to forcibly flag a recording (that just
 so happens to be conflicting) to never record, which is possible for all
 other non-conflicting scheduled recordings, duplicate-detection allowing.
