Log:

Some minor changes from the mythtv-eit branch.

In particular this adds GetDeviceName() to CardUtil, so we don't have to use the broken dvbdevice function from dvbdev.

And, this also adds some gets and sets to ChannelUtil which make it easier to query some information from the channel and dtv_multiplex tables.
