Log:

Adds a little bit of caching to Channel Editing functionality.

This just reuses data we get from data direct for the first 36 hours after we get it. mythfilldatabase ignores this cached data, so if you need some channel added in the last 36 hours you can re-run mythfilldatabase. Otherwise this should speed up the channel editing chore with QAM channels that don't have any ATSC or DVB tables.
