 It appears this is neither a ffmpeg nor MythTV problem. At least in the
 recording I have, the MPEG sequence header is reporting framerate of 29.97
 fps, when it is in fact a 59.94 fps video. This is an upconverted standard
 definition program, so my guess is they just forgot to update the sequence
 header when they doubled the framerate. :/

 It may be possible to autodetect and correct for this efficiently. But I
 dunno yet.
