[mythtv-users] What's going on with the mythbuntu PPA?

I removed the `--enable-ffmpeg-pthreads` option from configure since it 
didn't do anything.  configure fails on unknown options and the 
mythbuntu PPA has been using that configure option.

The build failures were also mentioned on the mythtv-dev list, but I 
don't know who can fix it.
