    I removed the `--enable-ffmpeg-pthreads` option from configure since
    it didn't do anything.  configure fails on unknown options and the
    mythbuntu PPA has been using that configure option.<br>

    The build failures were also mentioned on the mythtv-dev list, but I
    don't know who can fix it.<br>
