[mythtv-users] lists.mythtv.org - 503 Service Unavailable

At the bottom of each of the emails I get for the MythTV list, there are 
links for pertinent topics, one of which is where settings for this list 
are administered (I think): 
http://lists.mythtv.org/mailman/listinfo/mythtv-users

When I click that link, I get a page that contains "503 Service 
Unavailable.  No server is available to handle this request."

Is this a (theoretically) temporary condition that is likely to be 
resolved when the server is back or is the link no longer valid and I 
should use some other route to the settings page?
