[mythtv-users] Altering Recording Date on a Recording

That's not possible nor recommended.  The reason is the time (along
with the channel ID) is used to identify the recording.  Changing it
would break all sorts of connections to other data.  Some steps have
been taken to remedy that but many, many more are still needed.
