Did you look at the Firefox or Chrome debug timings just to confirm 
there was no slow requests? For me that would be the acid test since 
these things can be a little subjective so using the available data just 
to make sure would be helpful.


I'm beginning to suspect something weird with my setup is causing this 
but why it only affects the WebApp is a mystery.
