For those that are using a single nic(*) (which is generally the
recommended solution as current HDHR's need access to
the Internet for certain functionality), the 3rd party tool
HDHRUtil-Tuner-waitOnline may be useful (it should be
obvious as to how to create the appropriate systemd service
files).


(*) Functionality of the utility for multiple nics (and IPv6) is
specified as a future enhancement.
