The Steppes theme shows all of that information. Steppes pretty much shows
every bit of info available, but does it in a very different way than other
themes. Some people (like me) love it, but others hate it, with not many in
between.

If you want to edit other themes, take a look at your ~/.mythtv/themes
directory. You will find XML files which describe the layout of
information. For the Watch Recodings screen, take a look at the
recordings-ui.xml file and find the <window name="watchrecordings">
section. It might be helpful to compare that section to the Christmas theme
to see how the data is layed out differently.
