I tested the same recording with leanfront v0-381 and it played as
expected.  On the commercial break at 45 minutes, I saw the blue circle for
1 second and then it continued perfectly.

So leanfront handled the commercial skip better than mythfrontend. All the
mythfrontend stuff was on a Ubuntu 22.04 PC.
