I would try starting with a clean slate and drop all the music_* tables, 
delete the MusicDBSchemaVer setting and allow MythMusic to recreate them 
the next time you run the frontend. You will of cause loose any music 
metadata but it sounds like any existing data is likely corrupt anyway.
