I am running the latest version from the repo.
I did check, this patch has been applied.

Still no joy.  Browser can't connect to the web server.  This began after
updating to 22.04.

Unable to connect
An error occurred during a connection to 192.168.1.9

The php8.1 module is enabled in apache2, and mythweb.conf appears to be
current as well.
Any other thoughts?
