Yes, I am also seeing some of those sorts of problems.  For me it has 
simply meant that some additional programs are being recorded.  I can 
deal with that in the short term, as long as the programs I do want are 
still captured.  I expect that, given some time, these issues will get 
resolved.

I use "default".   My source is a digital cable provider and the 
channels numbers are theirs, used to tune some HDHR tuners and a set-top 
box.
