You have two devices (serial 101A2E3D and 10186C10):
hdhomerun device 101A2E3D found at 172.20.0.118
hdhomerun device 10186C10 found at 172.20.0.119
each with two tuners, so you want two capture cards using 172.20.0.118
and two using 172.20.0.119.
