If you are wanting an App, the closest thing is a MrMC, and it is just a repackaging of KODI. Once in a while I use it on my ATV, though it is limited in the same way as KODI is.

I visited the website for the developer, and the mythtv frontend is not listed in his list of apps….. Looks like the developer has abandoned it.
