I have a file that worked for my Hauppauge MCE remote before, so I should be able to use it here, but I cannot remember exactly where it needed to be.

If mythfrontend is successfully connecting to lirc, you should get a
line in mythfrontend.log that looks like this:

Nov 9 00:20:34 mypvr mythfrontend.real: mythfrontend[3023969]: I
CoreContext lirc.cpp:310 (Init) LIRC: Successfully initialized
'/dev/lircd' using '/home/stephen/.mythtv/lircrc' config

So if you do this command:

grep -i lirc /var/log/mythtv/mythfrontend.log

what do you see?
