[mythtv-users] Leanfront better support for embedded subtitles than mythfrontend

TLDR: In mythfrontend ATSC CC subtitles are not displayed when NVDEC is
selected. With VDPAU, VAAPI and FFmpeg the ATSC subtitles are displayed.
DVB subtitles are always displayed also with NVDEC.
