Electrically only one X16 slot. So, if you need one for video card and 
another for raid card, you may have issues.  To the best of knowledge 
raid card needs x8. I am not 100% sure if a low end video card can work 
in x4 electrical.

With 8 SATA and a couple of nvme, you may not need any RAID card, but 
something to double check.
