I think everything would be fine since ATSC is 26Mbits max (15 -> 21 usual)
for up to four recordings.  If compressed with 264, way smaller...  I have
never tried commflagging on arm though, so unsure the CPU optimizations
that are granted on x86 with all of it's extras.  I would definitely start
with and add recordings one by one and watch the CPU, but it should have no
issue just raw recording I would imagine.
