[mythtv-users] fresh install of MythTV v29 on Xubuntu 18.04

I did another fresh install to refine my list of instructions and 
screwed up something. What I did was to install mythtv and mythplugins, 
then adduser $USER mythtv

I then ran mythtv-setup and it could not connect to the database. I've 
made sure the config.xml in /etc/mythtv and /home/jim/.mythtv are the same.

I must have missed a set by not running mythtv-setup before I adduser 
for me to mythtv group. I can't even login into mythconverg as mythtv 
with the config.xml password

Missed a step somewhere
