I seem to recall I said anyone who wanted to wiki-ize the
docs were more than welcome to do so since what I
posted was more free-form thought than good instructions
and formatting for a wiki(*).  And also as I mentioned I
cancelled my Premium TV subscription soon after I
posted the instructions (I was not going to pay for a
subscription to a service that I wasn't going to be using),
so at this point improvements/clarifications/changes to
any docs in an ongoing basis are going to have to come
from others such as yourself that are actually using/trying
the service in an ongoing basis.

(*) A wiki entry that I would consider to be well formed
and useful to others is not just a dumping ground for
free form prose (which is mostly what I posted originally),
even free form prose with bullet points!  And a well
formed wiki entry is actually a lot of work to format,
and then test (wiki instructions should always be tested),
which I was no longer going to be in a position to do
without a subscription.
