MythTV does not support FM (analogue) radio.  It should be possible to
cobble together a tuner using scripts, ffmpeg to convert the analogue
to digital, and the ImportTestRecorder dummy tuner.  I did something
similar to record FM radio for my mother from her PVR-150 card, but it
no longer works due to changes in MythTV.  It should be easier to do
now that the ImportTestRecorder is available.
