So this happens every now and then. Like right now - it works fine! I can't
seem to figure out what is causing this disconnect. The one I have posted
was when a couple hours earlier i had done metadata retrieval - but I would
hate to think that after a few hours, it's still bogging down the FE.

Last night I got permissions issue. This morning, without me having done
anything, I can access it fine. I wish I could debug this to find out what
is going on here...
