There was a thread just last week on this subject.. The suggested 
depends were:
libfile-which-perl
libfile-homedir-perl
libdatetime-format-sqlite-perl
libdbd-sqlite2-perl
liblwp-useragent-determined-perl

This was on Ubuntu..
