[mythtv-users] Can't seem to change themes on clean install of 29 on Xubuntu 16.04

Upgrading my system and doing a clean install of 29 on Xubuntu 16.04.

When mythfrontend first fired up it was using the Terra theme. After doing
the more important setup wizard stuff, I went to change the theme.

First, three basic themes were shown. Hit M, refreshed available themes.
Downloaded the theme I used on the .27 system (TintedGlass) and hit M again
to select the theme. It stayed on Terra,

Tried switching to the Mythbuntu theme. It stayed on Terra,

What step should I try next? Thanks!
