I tried a galvanic isolation - which in fact isolated the whole signal :-))

I have 2 DVB-C cards. One is a KNC1 which behaves a bit strange in several
aspects. To my mind this may be the cause.... but I did not remove it,
because the other card will get another device name and I didn‘t want to
re-search all channels.

Maybe grounding the Silverstone case may help - thank you for the tipp!
This is easy to realize!
