[mythtv-users] Starting mythfrontend with systemd?

After reading Richard's post again I saw the bit about
--using_systemd_notify.  Doing a mythbackend --version didn't show that
with mine, so I'm guessing the Ubuntu 16.04 packaged 29 from using apt
isn't built with it.
