It would seem that the notification isn't getting through to systemd for
some reason.  Systemd starts the backend and is waiting for the notification.
After a while, if systemd doesn't receive the notification, it decides
that mythbackend is not starting properly, kills mythbackend, then starts
it back up.  Repeat.

As to why systemd isn't seeing the notification from mythbackend, that's
a good question...
