[mythtv-users] Frontend hardware

I am not satisfied with stability of the Raspberry Pi hardware and there is no closed caption support. 

I am willing to spend more.  Do I need to look for anything in particular to make sure current Intel graphics hardware is acellerated in mythtv playback.  Or can that all be done by CPU on say a NYC?
