For the two links, can you run

"dpkg -S /usr/lib/arm-linux-gnueabihf/mesa-egl/libEGL.so"
"dpkg -S /usr/lib/arm-linux-gnueabihf/mesa-egl/libGLESv2.so"

I'd like to know if those were created as part of some package.
