i had same on 4.3 it turned out it was hauppauge  rc  module. i don't
use any lirc, but had to add this line to any conf file in
/etc/modprobe.d and it solved issue.
"install rc_hauppauge /bin/false"
simply blacklisting the new module did not work for me. i am running
arch linux. but it is that new rc module that was added in 4.3 series.
you should see something in your dmesg or kernel logs.
