I checked the BIOS VIDEO settings. They were at 32MB, I changed it to Maximum DMVT which should be 512MB.  It made no difference with VAAPI Normal or OpenGL High Quality.  VAAPI got the error and OpenGL froze during editing.  

Normal still works the best all around.
