[mythtv-users] HD-PVR Framerate

Sorry for top post. Inbox won't let me bottom post. Anyway, the x264
decoder on the PI3 can easily do boy ray rips at over 30Mbs so I doubt it's
a hardware issue. Have you tried Kodi for live TV and recorded files on the
API yet ? That would at least rule out your hardware if it works ok.
